Couples Therapy sessions will help develop positive attitudes toward life's most complex and challenging relationship issues. We will help guide you and your partner(s) through relationship issues so that everyone can find themselves in a better place. Trauma takes many forms such as adjustment, anger, nightmares, depression, somatic issues, and/or anxiety. In our practice, We utilize Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing therapy (EMDR), Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT), Somatic Experiencing (SE) therapy combined with humanistic, psychodynamic, gestalt therapy, and existential psychotherapy. In grief therapy sessions, we’ll work to solve current, past, and/or future losses. These losses take many forms such as death, divorce, moving to different places, losing friendships, etc. We will help you grieve through these changes so that you can find yourself again.
